Helen Packham is a speaker and storytelling coach helping entrepreneurs and business leaders increase the impact of their verbal communication.
Her biggest passion is to help her clients share their stories on the TEDx stage. Helen went from being an undercover housewife with an anxiety disorder to sharing her own story on the TEDx stage in 2017. She has since run her own conferences, speaker programmes and events and passionately believes everyone has a TED worthy story inside them.
When she’s not on a stage or helping others take to the stage she loves hanging out in her home town of Brighton, dancing round the kitchen with her kids or eating ice cream on the beach. Helen will be heading up the speaker team at TEDxMoseley, curating and coaching the speakers to give the performance of a lifetime!
