Luke Biddle builds businesses and builds voices. Alongside his wife Sara, he co-leads The Profit Duo, helping business owners increase profit, strengthen structure, and reduce stress so the business no longer depends on them. He is a Senior Leader within Tony Robbins’ global organisation and a Success Coach with The Public Speaking Academy, where he develops leaders into speakers who move people to action.
Luke’s work is shaped by a family history of neurodivergence and his own ADHD traits, inspiring a message that reframes collaboration: different, not difficult. Using communication profiling, he helps leaders and teams understand what drives behaviour, to reduce friction, and communicate clearly under pressure.
A National Award winner with Toastmasters and former Vice President PR, Luke previously held a director-level international marketing role at a FTSE 250 global company. He is a University of Birmingham graduate (BEng & BCom) with Postgraduate Diplomas in Strategic Marketing and Digital Marketing.
