Omar Chowdhury is a health and wellbeing coach, public speaker, and podcast host whose mission is simple: to help people be healthier than they were yesterday.

His passion for health began after witnessing his grandfather suffer from chronic illness, an experience that led him to question how much of our health is shaped by the way we live. Since then, he has been dedicated to helping people understand the powerful role lifestyle plays in preventing many of the health challenges we see today.

Omar’s approach is built around four pillars of health: nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and overall wellbeing. He focuses on the powerful connection between what we eat, how we live, and how we feel both physically and mentally. By simplifying health and focusing on practical, sustainable changes, he helps people feel more energised, focused, and in control of their wellbeing.
